When hospitalization is not necessary or no longer required, but outpatient services are too limited, Partial care may be appropriate. This program allows the child to return home each day after treatment, and begin transitioning to everyday living situations and challenges. These structured programs provide children with short-term treatment that is tailored to their level of functioning.
The partial care day program provides an intensive therapeutic environment for children and adolescents. Throughout the day many therapeutic services are offered to the children. Transportation is available for children within 30 miles of Fairfield, NJ. Academic education is also provided, as approved by the home school district.

Group TherapyGroup therapy is scheduled throughout the course of the day in order to address the areas of difficulty and concern for each youth. These groups cover a range of therapeutic interventions including; CBT, DBT, ACT, coping skills, art therapy, play therapy and psycho-education.

Individual TherapyIndividual therapy is an important part of the program as it is a way for the child to receive one on one specialized services in order to address the challenges and conflict each child may face. Individual therapy is a way to provide the child with the skills and tools they need in order to thrive in the community, socially, emotionally, and behaviorally.

Medication ManagementMedication management and psychiatric wellness check-ins are provided virtually and on site for clients bi-weekly or on an as-needed basis.
